Our gratitude goes to our residency host – the Technical University Eindhoven - for allowing us to put up camp on site and making use of their facilities and security. This is by far the best location to stay while the ECMC2008 is on!!

Campsite
First rate primal lodgings will be at the campsite – car and bus parking on Campus. Bring your own tent. Parking-permits to be obtained at HQ – information desk (gratis).  Campsite will be open as of   Thursday afternoon 24July – for our early arrivals – by bike or plane.

Staying at campsite is FREE, ‘cos its included in the FEE!

Couchsurfing
Free beds or couches at private homes are of limited availability. Please ask/mail in advance, preferred eligibility for the few places are for our participants who travel overseas.

UPDATE: 08/07/2008: NO more couches available.

Listed below is the accommodation you would preferably book soon!! Unfortunately Eindhoven doesn’t host specific youth hostels for cheaps, however – it being holiday season – weekend arrangements at the standard hotels are actually quite affordable, see listed below!
